by Airplane and Bus:
You can travel to
Trancoso by bus or air. The nearest airport is Porto Seguro
from where you take a taxi direct to Trancoso. On the way
you can stop off at Arraial d Ajuda ( 26k from Trancoso )
which is beautiful also.
If your travelling by car you have two
options. The direct road by passes Porto Seguro and is less
than a 90 minute drive. Take the BR-101 (to
Eunapolis) and When you see signs for the BA 367 take this
junction towards Porto Seguro and finally the BA 001 which
is signposted to Arrial d´Ajuda and Trancoso.
